1. General Terms and Conditions
1.1 The client may contact and request the tour operator for special services and notices.
1.2 Clients under 18 years of age and traveling alone on the tour must provide the operator with a notarized copy of their national passport and a written consent of their parent/guardian. Clients under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
1.3 All clients shall take full responsibility for their own and their children’s actions.
1.4 There is no minimum age limit. A discount of 25% is available for children between the age of 2-6.
1.5 Clients with serious medical conditions prohibited.that may prevent them from traveling are
1.6 Hotel room accommodation is not included in the tour. However, if requested the operator may book hotel rooms in advance.
1.7 In the event of a serious violation, the operator will take appropriate action to guarantee the safety of both staff and clients. This includes a cancellation of the tour.
2. Responsibilities of the client
2.1 The client shall make all necessary payments within the specified dates.
2.2 The client is responsible for looking after their own personal belongings. The operator cannot be held responsible in case of lost or damaged items.
2.3 By booking, the client agrees to understanding the potential risks and hazards involved with the tour and agrees to take full responsibility for personal actions and safety.
2.4 Your tour guide will also work to maintain your safety. This means that you may be required to abide to his/her authority and decisions taken. Any serious action or violation that damages the environment or endangers others may result in you becoming unable to continue with the tour without any refunds or compensation.
2.4 The client must notify the operator of any medical and/or mental conditions beforehand. If the operator is not informed and any accidents occur during the tour, the operator shall take appropriate actions to support the client. However, the operator cannot be held responsible for any incidents that may have been avoided with sufficient information and notification beforehand.
2.5 The client shall abide to the trip cancelation and transfer policies listed below.
2.6 The operator will not be responsible for any action caused under the influence of alcoholic beverages and drugs that may disrupt the well being of the tour and other clients. In addition, the operator may take appropriate action, including the dismissal of the client from the tour without refunds.
2.7 The client may participate in or purchase additional activities. However, all additional activity charges will be paid by the client.
3. Responsibilities of the Tour Operator
3.1 The operator may provide the client with an official Letter of Invitation which might be required when obtaining a Mongolian Visa.
3.2 The operator will provide all stated services and activities for the duration of the tour.
3.3 The operator will inform and reply to requests given by the client.
3.4 The operator will provide the necessary transportation, activities and meals throughout the tour.
3.5 The operator may cancel the tour at any time. In this case, any payments made will be fully refunded. However, the operator cannot be held responsible for any non-refundable plane and/or train ticket fees. Special reasons to cancel the tour include: force majeure, natural disasters, etc.
3.6 Due to potential uncontrollable and unpreventable events, the operator may end the tour before or after the scheduled date.
4. Payment and Cost
4.1 The full trip cost must be paid for the booking to be confirmed.
4.3. When payment is not made in USD, the tour price is fixed according to the exchange rate of the Mongolian Bank at the time of booking. The payment may be made by Bank Transfer, Cash or Credit Card when booking from Mongolia. If booking from abroad, only Bank Transfers will be accepted.
4.4. After the online booking details have been sent, the operator will reply to the client regarding the payment methods and information within one business day. Then, the client must finalize the payment or deposit (depending on the booking time) within 48 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
4.5. The payment date will be the day on which the total amount is transferred to the operator’s bank account.
6. Short tour Cancellation and Re-Booking
6.1 If unable to continue the tour for any particular reason, the client may cancel or transfer the booking to a different tour.
6.2 The operator will inform the client concerning the tour commencement date occasionally and when 65, 30 and 7 days are left days are left until the tour commencement.
